COVID 19 policies 

I would like you to read my current salon policies in which I have in place to keep myself, clients and visitors safe and well as I work in a small, close contact environment. 

By booking an appointment you are agreeing to the following-
I have not been in close contact with anyone that has had covid19 (or shown symptoms)in the last 2 weeks. If I have I will do a lateral flow flow test. 

I have not shown any Covid 19/Cold/Flu/Sickness related symptoms in the last 2 weeks. If I have I will do a lateral flow test. 

I will follow all salon rules to keep myself and other clients safe.


If you do not agree to any of the above, please contact us or cancel/rearrange your appointment. 

Cancellation policy

We must receive 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment. If less than 48 hours notice is given, you will be charged 100% of the cost of the cancelled treatment/s. A 50% deposit will be taken before you are rebooked again. This is based at our discretion. Missed appointments will also be charged the 100% fee. 

Deposits 

Please note all deposits paid are non- refundable. They may be transfered to a different appointment if more than 48 hours change notice is given. 

Consultation Forms

All clients are required to fill a consultation form before any treatment is carried out. This is to be done every time you book an appoitment and every time if/when any medical information has changed for you. Please inform us if any medcial history has changed. 
 

All clients are required to follow the relevant aftercare which relates to their treatments. This is available via highlights in @bel_eclat_skin Instagram or upon request via email. 

When you are completing your consultation form you are accepting that you will follow all the required aftercare and take responsibility for this.
